On the occasion of the 70th birthday of Clemens Gröszer, the Kunsthalle Jesuitenkirche in Aschaffenburg, Bavaria, is showing a retrospective of the work of the artist, who died in 2014. The master of the “veristic world view” often devoted his works to the marginal figures of society. The oil painting “Mummenschanz d’Enfant” from 1999/2001 was loaned to the exhibition from the art collection of the Berliner Volksbank.
